At The Sunrise Village, you truly "have it all". Sunrise is an ideal area for families and couples who want to get away from the crowds of Killington’s main mountain. Located in the higher elevations of Sunrise Mountain, within Killington Resort, this property is part of the exclusive Sunrise Homeowners Association made up of Topridge Homes, Lodges Condos and Sunrise Condos. All accommodations in the Sunrise area have full use of the Falls Brook Commons Building as well as full complimentary use of the Sunrise Triple Chair, which services Killington's expansive trails.

True Ski in / Ski out
Many locations claim ski on or ski off… however, what they often mean is a long walk in ski boots thru a parking lot or an uphill walk. The Sunrise Village Triple chair gives you quick access to all of Killington's terrain and at the end of the day you can ski home on a snowmaking trail. Opening a few days after Bear Mountain, The Sundog trail outside of the West Glade building's windows is groomed daily and has the benefits of Killington’s extensive snowmaking system. Walk out the door, around the building and click into your skis and GO! At day’s end, ski from the very top of Killington in one direct descent , no other lifts needed, all the way back to your home at Sunrise Village. That is true ski on, ski off. Never touch your car! No parking lots and walking uphill in ski boots. Send the teenagers out to ski , while Mom and Dad linger over the second cup of coffee or return for lunch and go out for more runs on the slopes.

Summer at Sunrise Village
Looking to spend the summer in Vermont? What are you waiting for…. Sunrise Village at Killington is just the place for your vacation! You can find many activities for all ages such as golfing at Green Mountain National or Killington's golf course; hiking at Pico, Killington, Deer's Leap, or the Long Trail; biking at Killington or Pico; swimming a short drive to either the Chittenden Dam, or Echo Lake; fishing in our nearby rivers such as the White River or Ottaquechee River; or have a fun day at the Adventure Center at Pico Mountain. When staying at Sunrise Village you also have the opportunity to relax and use their private amenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis courts and the Falls Brook Common Clubhouse which offers an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center and wi-fi internet. These 1-3 bedroom properties are surrounded by the Green Mountains just a short drive to the Killington Access Road where you can find shops, restaurants and nightlife. The perfect location for a perfect vacation.

Sunrise Village Accommodations
In our portfolio of properties at this time, we have one, two, and three bedroom accommodations available, providing sleeping arrangements for between 4 and 8 adults. All condominiums include a fireplace, balcony or patio, a kitchen with full size appliances and essential cooking utensils, free local telephone service, cable TV and VCR/DVD as well as a washer and dryer. Bath towels, wash cloths, bath mat(s), hand soap, bath soap, toilet tissue, facial tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soaps, dish towels and coffee filters are provided. Some accommodations have internet access right in the unit, and there is also wi-fi access from the Falls Brook Common Clubhouse.

Falls Brook Common Health Spa
Its features and luxury amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and fitness center. In addition, during the winter season comfortably relax and enjoy a bite to eat at Noel's Restaurant, located upstairs from the Clubhouse, surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery. Noel's is open from appoximately Dec 26th through April 5th. Hours include mid week lunch only from 11am-3pm; Friday and Saturday dinner only from 5pm-9pm, and closed on Sunday.
